Weidmüller Configurator: simpler configuration and ordering

Digital information is becoming increasingly important during product development. Starting with the product selection, configuration and creation of a virtual prototype through to the automated production and installation, end‑to‑end available data models are a cornerstone of digital production. This requires standardised product data and interfaces between the energy tools networked together and integration into the corporate IT environment. Provides intelligent item data

The product data from the software provides comprehensive support in configuration and can be fully integrated into all conventional engineering tools. The complete data transparency and availability across all process phases are a basic prerequisite for the implementation of Industry 4.0 in future panel building.

Simple and secure labelling

The Weidmüller Configurator enables virtually labelling of your whole project. Thanks to direct interfaces to CAD programs and the M-Print® PRO labelling software, you can plan and label your components in a single step.

Always the right configuration

The automatic filter function provides active assistance in putting together terminal blocks by preventing and automatically correcting incorrect assemblies. You can only add selected fitting accessories to your current configuration. This makes planning easier and saves a huge amount of time. At the same time, you can benefit from seamless documentation of your assembled terminal rails.

Fast and simple product enquiry

Once you have found your perfect combination, you can enquire about the components directly from the software – either as individual components or as a pre-assembled complete solution on a DIN rail which then only needs to be fitted to the mounting plate.
